The award for best attempt at a 9 minute-long-ass movie/music video goes to those Crenshaw kids called Overdoz. we first caught wind of them on the goofy ass video for Pasedena and now comes “come first” their attempt at a horror music video thriller type thing. It is uneasy to watch a little as I personally was actually up for seeing the young lady get bludgeoned( what can I say I’m a twisted guy). But all the right ideas were in place. Effectively it’s a song, a very long drawn out video with a good song in the middle. Still their visuals are consistent and engaging enough. It’s a group of black kids if they were in that movie twilight and if they lived in LA and gang-banged bitches for blood. Then again I have never seen twilight so maybe thats exactly the plot but with white people, I know there is some dumb fucking ware-wolf dog init. Is Blade the only black vampire movie??
