I downloaded the album and as I thought I wasn’t greatly impressed. Not gonna lie. It was always gonna be hard to follow up what shoulda been his first album “So far gone”. On about my 20th listen I’m warming to it. Mainly because people build you up to fail, Drake is a good rapper and not the saviour, better yet a really good artist. He writes catchy hooks and nice sounding songs. He is backed by a team with heaps of CASH & MONEY so he’ll do well. He’ll smash records and shit, girls will cry, men will hate and people won’t give a fuck. Black dudes with yellow sink tones you have a new lady killing idol to look up to, Ladies you have a new dude to call fit but for those who listen to the album, don’t believe the hype. Make your own judgement. For me it’s miles off being a classic but I guess if I listen to it loads it’ll become annoying enough that I like it loads.
