Zaldy + MJ Costume Designer Part 1

Sat indoors during yesterdays constant downpour and having managed to pull myself away from the Kim Kardashian + Ray J sex tape I decided to watch my buddies ‘This is it” DVD. It wasn’t as amazing as I had hoped but yet it was more intimate. More rehearsals, more MJ doing what he does best and really bossing it on stage. Having watched the whole thing I decided to watch the special features and was amazed at the costumes he was due to wear for this summers shows. Designed by Zaldy Junio who was MJ’s main costume dude, the outfits took 2 months worth of every project being on hold to complete. In all honesty I was kind of blown away by what I saw. I don’t pretend to know a lot about fashion but considering MJ is a major style icon I was sure that he would have pulled these bad boys off effortlessly.
