Loop weekender part 2

The best was yet to come, or so it seemed. We left the festival for a bit of a booze cruise which we managed to naughtily sneak into the venue. Not like the drinks were expensive or anything. As i recall there were tequila shots for a pound and cider and beer for about £6 (together not individually). Which isn’t so bad. Thing is we were on a mega cheap bender and stuck to these rules. Spend as little money as possible and achieve maximum fun, some more than others!

We managed to see ‘ We have band‘ who were pretty fun, they wore matching outfits and I loved the girls camel-toe but couldn’t get a good enough picture. ‘Datarock‘ were fucking jokes though. They really seemed to be having a great time and for once the dome auditorium was actually full. They continued we have band‘s theme of matching outfits (minus the camel-toe) and just cranked shit up to the next level. I was very spangled at this point so can’t remember if they were that good, all i remember is smiling loads. It’s pretty jokes having a pit pass so you can get right up to the stage for pictures. This didnt get my any intrest form the ladies though but guess I’ll have to work harder next time.

The last person and what would have obviously been the headliner of the whole festival was the mesmerizing Fever Ray (one half of the knife). Couldn’t get any decent photos of her set because no photography was allowed all I can say is that is was super creepy. And I quote my mate Jordan ‘ I don’t like this, I feel like I’m witnessing something very demonic!’. We bumped into a few more friends. Sally was on the road to recovery following a spell of conjunctivitis which is quite fashionable these days. They don’t call it sticky eyed love for nothing! Fever Ray and her band were all in crazy outfits and they had these ghostly lamp shades on stage that lit up in synchronized randomness. Anyway less talk, more photos
